{"id":946,"date":"2025-09-25T21:33:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T19:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/?p=946"},"modified":"2025-09-25T21:33:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T19:33:16","slug":"plato-paceno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/2025\/09\/25\/plato-paceno\/","title":{"rendered":"PLATO PACE\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Este platillo es quiz\u00e1 el m\u00e1s tradicional de nuestra gastronom\u00eda llevando incluso el nombre de la ciudad, es com\u00fan comerlo en la celebraci\u00f3n de alasitas el d\u00eda 24 de enero y tambi\u00e9n en las fiestas del 16 de julio.&nbsp; Mas no se limita solo a estas dos fechas, es com\u00fan ver este platillo en los men\u00fas de casi todos los restaurantes de La Paz.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llevar ingredientes propios de la regi\u00f3n se convierte en uno de los m\u00e1s representativos de la cocina boliviana y es uno de los platos m\u00e1s consumidos por los turistas extranjeros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/PLATO-PACEnO.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-947\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/PLATO-PACEnO.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/PLATO-PACEnO-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>La historia del plato pace\u00f1o se remonta a un hecho hist\u00f3rico sucedido en 1781, a\u00f1o en que se daba un cerco a toda la ciudad por Tupac Katari y Bartolina Sisa, cuyo objetivo era liberar a su pueblo del yugo espa\u00f1ol. La Paz fue cercada por tres meses, tiempo en el cual la poblaci\u00f3n sufri\u00f3 de hambre al no contar con los alimentos provenientes de los pueblos cercanos a la ciudad, la historia relata que el Capit\u00e1n espa\u00f1ol Sebasti\u00e1n Segurola reuni\u00f3 a todos los hacendados y les ordeno traer todos los alimentos que guardaban en sus haciendas, estos cumplieron con la orden y llegaron con choclos, habas, papas y queso de oveja, con todos estos productos se hizo una olla com\u00fan y de esta manera dando origen al plato pace\u00f1o.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este plato mantuvo sus ingredientes originales hasta el a\u00f1o 1800, fecha en la cual se concuerda que fue a\u00f1adida la carne proveniente del ganado bovino y se cambia el queso de llama, por queso de vaca.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choclo<\/li>\n<li>Carne de Vaca<\/li>\n<li>Habas<\/li>\n<li>Queso<\/li>\n<li>Llajhua<\/li>\n<li>An\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este platillo es quiz\u00e1 el m\u00e1s tradicional de nuestra gastronom\u00eda llevando incluso el nombre de la ciudad, es com\u00fan comerlo en la celebraci\u00f3n de alasitas el d\u00eda 24 de enero y tambi\u00e9n en las fiestas del 16 de julio.&nbsp;
