Se sirve en la ma\u00f1ana siendo un desayuno perfecto debido a lo caliente de la masa y el jugo.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta empanada puede ser encontrada en todos los barrios de la ciudad, las vendedoras llevan sus canastas llenas de Llauchas esperando a que los pace\u00f1os lleguen para consumirlas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"522\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/llaucha.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-938\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/llaucha.jpg 522w, https:\/\/lapaz.bo\/turismo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/llaucha-300x228.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 522px) 100vw, 522px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>La costumbrista Elizabeth de Col afirma que el nombre \u201cLlaucha\u201d proviene de \u201cqueso llauch\u2019ita\u201d que en lengua amara se refiere a la acci\u00f3n de agarrar el queso y untarlo en masa, posteriormente su nombre fue simplificado a llauch\u2019ita y despu\u00e9s tan solo a llaucha.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Poma chef del Instituto T\u00e9cnico Nueva Bolivia (INB) identifica el origen de las llauchas hasta los a\u00f1os 60, momento en que aparecieron las primeras vendedoras de esta empanada y que por aquel entonces se ubicaban en la zona Garita de Lima donde empezaban la venta a partir de las 05:30 Am. Con el tiempo este plato gano la preferencia y el gusto de los pace\u00f1os es por esto que la Llacuha junto a la marraqueta es considerada un patrimonio gastron\u00f3mico para los pace\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><br \/><em><strong>Para la masa<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tazas harina cernida<\/li>\n<li>1 cuchara levadura seca<\/li>\n<li>1 cuchara sal<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 cuchara az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 taza agua tibia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/><strong><em>Para el relleno<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cuchara margarina o mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharas ras harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cuchara Maicena<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharilla sal (depende si el queso es salado o no)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Llaucha es una empanada con un relleno de jugo, queso y aj\u00ed amarillo, generalmente es acompa\u00f1ado con api o caf\u00e9.
