Su origen se remonta a tiempos prehisp\u00e1nicos donde la dieta de los pueblos americanos se basaba en el ma\u00edz, debido a que el choclo solo permanece un tiempo fresco los granos se secan y endurecen y estos se usan para la preparaci\u00f3n es as\u00ed que en la antig\u00fcedad la huminta era un alimento estacional, preparado principalmente en \u00e9poca de cosecha que fue la base de la alimentaci\u00f3n para los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a010 choclos grandes maduros (jak\u00b4as)<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de aceite<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kilo de queso o quesillo<\/li>\n<li>1 cuchara de an\u00eds<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza pasas de uva lavadas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharas de sal<\/li>\n<li>Chala de hojas grandes para hacer las humintas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es b\u00e1sicamente una pasta de masa de ma\u00edz, hecha con granos de choclo triturados cocido y levemente ali\u00f1ada de aceite, envuelta y finalmente tostada en las propias hojas de choclo.
