Un foco de calor no es sin\u00f3nimo, ni significa lo mismo que foco de quema (ABT, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-8ac13dd5255adf2c5b40ea77b4a9d85b\">Seg\u00fan el MMAyA (2024),<strong> foco de calor<\/strong>&nbsp;es cualquier punto de la superficie terrestre que emita suficiente temperatura para que el pixel de una imagen de sat\u00e9lite lo reporte con una temperatura elevada en comparaci\u00f3n con los pixeles vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f4f0c9a2451223b6d767536a5713f4bd\">Los focos de calor son anomal\u00edas t\u00e9rmicas detectadas por sat\u00e9lites especializados, es decir, identifican una alta emisi\u00f3n de calor en la superficie terrestre (Gobierno de Per\u00fa, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-23a21f6453634a5c91bc41a3fe9929e1\">De acuerdo a Senamhi (2025), la identificaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de focos de calor se realiza por medio de sat\u00e9lites que detectan altas temperaturas, mediante procesos de teledetecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-ba4f6c6603a4d43c16974eaa05b9e7bf\"><strong>Referencias bibliogr\u00e1ficas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-8816560d1b0e4f4748b9ee7f77a35fe7\">Autoridad de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Control Social de Bosques y Tierras &#8211; ABT (2021). \u00bfQu\u00e9 es un foco de calor?
