Esta \u201cl\u00ednea\u201d es el l\u00edmite f\u00edsico de los lotes de propiedad privada o estatal de las v\u00edas y \u00e1reas verdes que conforman el \u00e1rea publica de la ciudad. Este l\u00edmite es definido t\u00e9cnicamente por la autoridad municipal competente, y es graficado en las diferentes planimetr\u00edas.
